Roz is also the founder/CEO of Minorities for Medical Marijuana (M4MM), the largest community-based national nonprofit organization serving communities of color as it relates to the cannabis and hemp industry. Prior to her entry into the cannabis industry, Roz spent 30+ years in the healthcare industry working as an brandlng and business development executive for powerhouse Fortune 500 companies Iike BristoI Myers & Squibb, VITAS Corporation, Maxim Healthcare, and Phoenix House.
