Registration will open on Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at 8:00 a.m. with the first of the exclusive sessions beginning at 10:00 a.m.

Registration credentials can be picked up on-site at Cannabis Conference registration. The registration desk is in the Paris Ballroom Foyer of the Paris Las Vegas Resort.

Yes! Information on how to download our conference event app will be available soon!

Due to privacy concerns within the industry Cannabis Conference does not release a registration list with attendee information pre- or post-show. However, you can view a list of attendees within the conference event app. The app will allow you to message attendees within the platform. To download the app, click here.

Business casual attire is appropriate for the event. We recommend you carry a light jacket or sweater for the air-conditioned meeting space and exhibit hall.

We are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for all event participants. Event safety is our No. 1 priority and as such CDC guidelines and state and local recommendations will be taken into consideration during the event. Click here to view our Event Health & Safety Policy.

Smoking of tobacco and vaping (use of electronic cigarettes or personal vaporizers) is not be permitted in the Cannabis Conference exhibit hall. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available to attendees. Cannabis products including those containing THC are strictly prohibited at the conference and on the show floor. Caesars Entertainment continues to follow the federal law, which prohibits the use or possession of marijuana, medical or otherwise, anywhere on premises. To apply for a media pass for Cannabis Conference, please complete the media pass request form by clicking here. Only media staff meeting the outlined criteria will be approved for media credentials. All media pass recipients are required to follow the rules outlined on the media pass request page.

Cannabis Business Times (CBT) was founded in July 2014. All-Access Pass – This pass includes access to networking event functions, the exhibit hall, educational sessions, and post-show video access that will be distributed to every All-Access pass holding attendee post-event.

Conference & Expo Pass – This pass includes access to all general networking functions, the exhibit hall, and all general educational sessions.

Expo Only Pass – This pass includes access to all general networking functions and access the exhibit hall.

Lunch on Day 2 and 3, along with all networking receptions, welcome refreshments, and networking breaks are included with all the in-person pass types. Lunch on Day 1 is only included for the VIP Roundtable guests.

Yes, we are offering registration discounts to anyone that registers in a group of 3 or more as well as our early registration pricing discounts that can be seen on our pricing page here.

Yes, attendees registering in a group of 3 or more will receive a 15% discount on their total purchase. To qualify for the group rate, groups must register at the same time. Discount cannot be retroactively applied.

Yes, a one-day registration is available for $325 per person. This rate will only be available on-site at the event, on a space available basis. The One-Day Only Pass includes access to the educational sessions and networking functions for 1 event day (this does not include any designated All-Access Only sessions/functions on Day 1 of the conference).

Yes, Cannabis Conference sessions will be available on-demand post-event. To attend the event virtually, you will need to select an All Access Pass during registration.

Yes. On-site registrations are accepted on a space available basis.

GIE Media accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express credit cards. Checks, wire transfers and money orders (made payable to GIE Media, Inc.) are also accepted but must be sent prior to the start of the conference. For information on where to send checks and wire transfers, please email us at conference@gie.net. Please do not send cash with mail-in registrations, cash will only be accepted on-site for registration payment. Checks must be drawn in U.S. dollars and from a U.S. bank.

Each registration package includes access to different elements of the conference. To view what is included with each pass type, please click here.

Yes, you are able to upgrade your registration pass at any time. The cost to upgrade will be the rate difference between the pass type you registered for and the one you are looking to upgrade to at the time you registered. To upgrade your pass, contact show management at conference@gie.net.

All travel costs including air and hotel accommodations are the responsibility of the attendee. Cannabis Conference has secured a block of rooms at the conference rate at the host hotel. Rooms in the conference room block are reserved for conference attendees. Detailed hotel information including a link and instructions to book your reservation at the host hotel are included in the registration confirmation.

After completing registration, you will be routed to a confirmation page that will allow you to add the event to your calendar, print a receipt, edit your registration, as well as view a map and directions. In addition, you will receive a confirmation email with your registration information.

The system will save all the information you have previously entered, you will just need to log back into the registration system to complete your registration. To log into the system, click here and begin your registration again. Any fields you completed will populate with the data entered and you will be able to complete your registration.

All cancellations must be made in writing and either faxed or e-mailed. Voicemails will not be accepted. A full refund minus a 10% administrative fee will be issued if the cancellation is received by June 21, 2023. A 50% refund will be provided if the cancellation is received no later than July 26, 2023. No refunds will be issued after July 26, 2023, or for no-shows. If you cancel your conference registration, your hotel room will no longer qualify for the group rate and may also be cancelled if booked at the host hotel. Cannabis Conference reserves the right to cancel a program due to insufficient registration or instructor emergency. Attendees can notify the show at any time that another individual will attend the conference in his or her place. Cannabis Conference also reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event. A full refund of registration fees will be issued only if this occurs.

A block of discounted rooms is available at the Paris Las Vegas Resort and Casino to event attendees at special group rates of either $99.00 per night plus tax for a single/double occupancy until July 24, 2023, or until the room block is full.

Yes, all our sessions are recorded and anyone with an All-Access Pass or Virtual Only Pass will have access to view the recorded versions of the speaker presentations post-event.

To get access to the recorded copies of the session videos you will need to be registered for the All-Access registration passes. These pass types will have access to post-show recordings of the educational sessions.

The recorded copies of sessions will be available for 90 days in the event app. To view these, just click on the “Agenda” option on the left-hand navigation panel and select the session that you would like to view. All attendees will access to the post-show session recordings will receive a link to view the session recordings outside of the conference app. This link will be available for 1 year after the conference takes place.

The session recordings will be available in the app platform for 90 days post-event. All attendees registered for the All-Access or Virtual Only pass will receive a separate email within those 90 days with a link to view the session recordings outside of the conference app. This link will be available for 1 year after the conference takes place.
